1) which version of the Eyetech tower do you have?
If its the EZTowerZ4 I think it will connect straight in (the mediator)(I
tihnk). If you have a EZTowerMk4 you will have to be prepared to do some
hacking. I uploaded some brief images of my Tower conversion to my website

2) as for performace with a 030. It'll work but will not be blisteringly
fast (but will still be a huge enough jump over AGA). Its more important to
have memory than a huge processor speed in my opinion. Although, with the
prices of 040 cards nowadays you could maybe get one? (even the 060 is
cheap now from analogic - WHEN they have them to sell)
